Permissive Use by carrier:

1. Safeco : No permissive use must
   1. list all operators age 18 and older
   2. Safeco includes in the application a statement where they attest that there are no other operators in the household.
   3. An undisclosed operator will be excluded
2. Progressive:
   1. All household residents that operate the boat need to be listed
   2. Anyone who uses the boat less than 5 times in a year are covered
3. Foremost
   1. Permissive use is allowed
