Their expertise will save you from costly mistakes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Know Your Strengths<\/strong>: Focus on what you do best and create a \u201cstop doing\u201d list. That\u2019s your job description.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hire Differently<\/strong>: Look for someone with complementary skills, not a clone of yourself.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use Tests<\/strong>: Personality tests work\u2014use them to find the right fit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t Hire for Likability<\/strong>: Make sure they fit the role, not just your personality.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Follow the Process<\/strong>: Never skip steps when hiring.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hiring isn\u2019t about perfection, it\u2019s about progress.
