This is an email to the customer letting them know that their renewal is coming, that you are reviewing their account, and that you will either allow it to renew if that is the best option still or you will let them know other options that they have. It advises them that they can email or call you to schedule a review of their insurance if they would like to do so.

Email all applicants and co-applicants on their birthdays. We change the email ever 6 months to be sure it is always changing.

Notice to the account manager or to a specific person for accounts that a cancellation downloads for. This can be set for everyone or VIPs only.

This is a campaign that runs the first year of a new client. It includes the following steps over the year.

• Thank you email
• Social media introduction
• Introduction to your team
• Introduction to Glovebox or Client Center
• Account manager check-in with customer
• Google Review request
• Check in email – soft account rounding email
• Check in email, asking for customer referral
• Check in email 90 days prior to renewal that will also ask if anything has changed like their mortgage
